Registration Process
To Register: You can access the application forms online. Go to www.gisthailand.org, click on the “GIS Services” tab at the top, and then “click here to enter the Extension Services Department.” If you cannot go online for the application forms, contact our office and we will email or mail them to you. Either way, please follow the format for registration as listed below.
v Open below PDF for Registration and Fees v Complete the following forms: · 2008-09 ESD Application · Medical & Emergency Form · Physical Form (only gr 7-12 for those participating in sports) · Computer Agreement Form (only grades 3-12) · TB negative results—we need an official doctor’s written report of the resultsNegative TB requirement from doctor · Passport copies—front page (new applicants only) · Previous School Records (Optional) v After your application forms have been received by the GIS registrar and accepted by ESD, make your full payment for the semester or year to the GIS registrar.
After Registration:
v Read through this ESD manual outlining how to best use our services and find the kind of support you’re looking for in your homeschooling.
v You will receive an ID card for using the library, along with a schedule of library hours. You must have your ID card with you at all times when entering the GIS campus.
v If you are attending courses at GIS, you are responsible to purchase a school uniform, sign the GIS parent/student contract, and abide by all rules as stated in the GIS handbook.
v You will be added to our email and mailing list and kept informed of upcoming events.
v You will automatically receive our monthly Home 2 Home newsletter and are welcome to submit student work to be included in various issues.
